I can barely think right now. That was one of the most intense hockey games that I have ever watched. Holy crap.

I am so excited that R.J. Umberger has been upgraded to epic. It’s about damn time. Man oh man, when he’s on he is on.
Another awesome game for Richie. I never get tired of watching him play. He’s one of those players that can just bust out the most awesome breakaway or scoring attempt, a real pleasure to watch.
I wish Carts would step it up a bit. I know all of the comms seem to be in love with him and he can be an awesome player, but he needs to SCORE some more. And stop with turnovers, they drive me insane.

P.S. There were a few wtf moments, officiating wise, but overall I wasn’t as murderous as I thought I would be. Yay!

And the officiating, I agree. There are only two non-calls I can think of that I was upset about. Otherwise, I was pretty much in complete agreement with them.

The papers this morning already didn’t have much coverage, so next round I’ll probably get nothing. I wish more Canadian teams had made it through, than our boys would seriously be all over the media here. Whatev though, I’ll take what I can get.
Next round . . . Marty needs a shut out & Umbie needs a hat trick. And we need to take it to the Cup finals!!!!

Ready or not here they come. The orange and black attack is headed to its stepsister city and I expect a collision of epic proportions. This is going to be a knock down drag out fight. Hmmm sounds like the last two series. Once again no one give Philly a chance, so what. They did it before and they will do it again. It won’t go seven games and Pittsburgh will look like a Katrina victim after the series. Hold on for another wild ride.
