I’m sick of OT

OT drives me nuts. On the one hand, it’s exciting (but nervewracking) and awesome if you win (but full of fail if you lose). Sooo it’s a wail (win/fail). Let’s try to win in regulation, kay boys? Need to be greedy for those points.

I think the boys came out a bit flat-footed last night. It wasn’t the most exciting game to watch. I dunno if they thought the Islanders would be an easy win, especially coming off of the Atlanta game, but let’s keep the egos downsized, y/y? I want that Flyer energy, attitude, and heart in every game you play.

D had another good game. Looks like the pairings are finally starting to gel. Alberts was impressive and Sbisa had another good game. I really really like this kid. Sort of seems like Richie is taking him under his wing, too. And the kid’s not afraid to go at it with the pros, so um awesome.

Noobs is having such a great season! There’s always rumors of him on the trading block, so hopefully his performance will silence those a bit. I like him, he’s a character guy and you can tell he loves this team. I’m really enjoying the chemistry he has going with Simon and Metro. Speaking of Metro, he’s really stepped up his play.

And Carts continues to pwn. What else is new?
